Chicken Pie For Brunch

I was on an errand yesterday morning at the Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC). There was this really neat canteen in the premise and I decided to take a short coffee break there while waiting for the time to reach 11.00 am to meet up with another client in Jerudong. The counter has this western diner look and the choice of dishes are fantastic, particularly the chicken pie.

It's about time somebody come up with a restaurant in town that has this western style diner environment serving coffee and breakfast for white-collared workers. I was thinking more of a diner feel where you can just sit at the counter and order a french toast with scrambled eggs.


The best thing about the JPMC canteen was this great view of Jerudong Beach.


I haven't been to JPMC in years.
