Progression
And now for my fitness update. This is my 2nd week. I've managed to keep up with the momentum of my daily run. For every afternoon, I have put a full commitment to achieve a total running distance of 4 km. I'm no longer as fatigue as I used to be when I first started running 2 weeks ago. I'm now able to keep a steady pace running on the tracks around the stadium without stopping before sundown.
But I have to watch my diet too. I have to be extra careful on what I eat and how much I consume in a day. Temptations are everywhere, and they're no doubt delicious.
