All It Takes Is Running
An exhilarating 3 weeks indeed. After days of early morning run, I've shed 2 kilos off my weight. The theory of running in the morning is definitely true. It is far more effective than running in the afternoon (though I've been running in a combination of both these past few days, and I'll be integrating hiking as I type this). It certainly had a major effect on me. I've got 1 and a half month to go before my new year deadline. I can't wait to put on my old M-sized clothes and jeans again.
