Garden Kitty

Arghh! These things, they just kept multiplying in my house like rabbits! Anyway, here's one which happens to be my personal favorite. I haven't got a name for him or her yet. In fact, I haven't figured out if it's a he or a she. I guess time will tell.

On a Hiatus

I'll be flying off to KL today, via the 3PM flight with a group of friends. I'm gonna be away from cyberspace for a few days until I get back, and I should be back before the national day. I believe I deserve this holiday, after 3 years of studies and hard work. And I haven't been flying for the past 3 years. It's time to take a break and unwind.

I miss flying...

Hello world!

It's really getting over-crowded at my place now...

Massive Tweaking

New layout? Yep. I've tweaked the width of my entire blog to accommodate bigger images, due to high demand from my readers and photog friends requesting me to post larger photos. All the tweaking sure was tough, but I think I've managed to get it right. Thank god for basic HTML knowledge. As for the header, its a tentative design. Expect for it to evolve as well. I'll be hearing from you for comments and/or critics.

Image size is now 640x480 pixels standard, though expect a slight increase to fit the posting area. Now, let's see if this elephant fits.

How big is too big?

Close Encounter With Jumbo

One of the most interesting things about my site-visits is that I get to see and encounter the most bizarre and weirdest things. Okay, maybe not too bizarre or weird, but it's unlike something I see everyday. Guess what my work colleagues and I found in one of our site-visits yesterday, which made us feel like we were in an African Safari for a while.

They're Getting Away

One month has passed. It seems that the bigger they get, the more eager they wanna escape from the kitty ward. All 7 of 'em. They're absolutely not ready to get out yet. I think I need a bigger box!

Return of The Long-Tailed Macaque

They're wild, they're wacky and they're always ready to pose for a photoshoot. A word of caution: do not feed the monkeys, they might eat your camera.

Monkeys Everywhere

I was grabbing some sandwiches for lunch from Supasave Mabohai this afternoon when I spotted wild monkeys just appearing out of nowhere. Managed to get quick close-up shots before making a fast getaway to avoid monkey ambush.

If it weren't for the stupid leaves, this photo would've been perfect.

The Long-tailed Macaque (Macaca Fascicularis). Talk about full-frontal nudity.

Photogenic Feline

My kittens are doing fine, since you asked. I should leave them with their mothers for a few more days because they're still unfit to pose for my camera and their mothers won't approve of that. In the meantime, I'd like to share with you all a collection of classic stock photos of my previous late cats over the years which I've found still exist in my hard drive.

These old pictures were all taken with my old camera-phone (with a lil bit of photoshop enhancement) so apologies for the quality drop and enjoy viewing. Whew, I forgot I took a lot of photos of all my late cats for the past few years. May they rest in peace.

His favorite pastime; sunbathing by the doorstep (and often getting stepped on).

This one REALLY loved the couch.

She liked to be surrounded with shoes.

Marriz's fat lazy cat. Let me re-emphasize that; L-A-Z-Y!

Suffering from insomnia. Overtired pakah?

Mocking his friends, I suppose.

Looking through the cabinet for a milk carton?

They grew up so fast they forgot that they no longer fit in tight corners as they used to.

Prisoners of Abu Ghraib (Marriz's kittens)

This was one 'penyamal' little cat. No kidding!

The next top sports car model.

We saved a lot of time and effort sweeping the house.

Finally, this one's specially for Mimiets. Hehehe.

A Visit To The Kitty Ward (2nd Day)

I wish to update the 'banci penduduk kucing' at home because I think I miscounted yesterday. So far there are 7 kittens in the kitty ward. I don't know which ones belong to which already, they're totally mixed up. Kusut ku pulang. So that's a total of 9 cats in my house.

Hahaha, kesian kana pihit.

One week later, these little things will start opening their eyes. 2 weeks later, their ears will grow bigger. I don't even wanna think about what's gonna happen on the 3rd week. it's gonna be chaotic; 9 cats to feed, 7 kittens pooping, and then there's the running around, breaking things up, hiding in tight areas where I won't be able to reach them! AAAAARGH!!! (I need lie down...)

Holy Crap! More Kittens!

Now here's something that you don't see everyday. Apparently TWO of my cats delivered this afternoon, and that other one was Fiqah. She and Nabel must have slept with the same male stray cat on the same night! (kucing pun pandai orgy kah?) Thanks to that bastard, my house is now overpopulated with kittens! Ani baru namanya menyusahkan!

I've never experienced seeing something like this in my entire life. 2 cats delivered at the same time. Unfortunately, one of the three kittens belonging to Fiqah died tragically, so I had to bury it at my backyard earlier this evening. As for Nabel's kittens, they're all fine. As you can see from the above pictures, both share the same box a.k.a kitty ward. Now to find that irresponsible punk-ass cat who knocked up both my pets.

Oh Joy, Kittens!

Nabel just delivered safely earlier today up to 4 litters. She's now resting in her box a.k.a kitty ward along with her babies. I will try to take several shots of them every week to see their progress as they grow (if I got the time) and I will post them here. Welcome to the world, little ones.

Pet Snaps

I've decided to shoot something different for a change. My pet cat deserves to be in a limelight so I took pictures of her while she's in a relaxed state by the kitchen sink.

By the way, her name is Nabel, and she's a month pregnant... I think.
