Splish Splash


I miss swimming. One of these days I need to start incorporating swimming in my physical fitness activities. Too much running and hiking alone can be a pain in the hamstrings so I should start working on my upper areas now. It's no wonder I don't seem to look any different than initially started despite the successful weight loss. If it wasn't for the bad weather I would be doing breaststrokes in a pool by now.
