Luxurious Ride

This is a really nice car. Too bad it's not mine. Sigh. I could only shoot. Just something I wanna try out and waste my time earlier today; car photography. This one's a first try.

It's not much, really, coz I couldn't spend too much time under the sun, so yeah. The weather was freakin hot this afternoon (and 2 cans of 100 plus didn't help either). I'll shoot a better one next time.

A Series of Unfortunate Events

I've been having another rough day. Last night was supposed to be an innocent flat tire incident at the Mabohai highway by the Legislative Council. What was supposed to be a quick and simple task became a major 2 hour disaster. My car was like falling apart. Now I have this huge hole in my trunk (you could literally see the road gravel through it). I just don't know how to describe it, really. Let's just say that I really need a new car, badly.

Today I had to change the darn tire with a new one from the nearby tire shop, and its been a really hot day. I could really use a shower right now. Hmmph. I just wanna get this car up and running again. Who knows what's gonna happen next. Well now I've to think about how to get the bloody hole in my trunk fixed. This has been indeed a series of unfortunate events.

Back On The Road

Buang STRESS!!!!!!!

Just got my car out from the workshop, finally. It's been months. And just as the alternator's fixed and the battery's up and running, the car's got other problems that need to be fixed; worn front tires, wheel misalignment, brake pads need replacing, AARGH!! To think that I'm only receiving monthly allowances of $200 just isn't enough for maintenance.

Anyway, I won't be updating much for the next few weeks because I have tons of stuff to do and the final exams are comin up. Next week is our Business Project final presentation already. Pressure's building up again. Gotta split.

Snapped Belting

On my way home from school this afternoon, my air-conditioner belting in my car snapped. It made a 'clack-clack-clack' sound as I was driving on the highway. Glad I got my car towed to the workshop to get it fixed right away.

I hate car breakdowns. (well, doesn't anyone?) The unbearable heat, annoying passerby's looking at you, the hassle of towing the car all the way to the workshop, and of course, the fact that you missed whatever errands you had to be doing during that day just because of a breakdown. And then there's the finishing touch to all that; the cost of repairs.

Whew, I gotta start reminding myself to keep my car maintenance in regular check.
