 A week has passed. I've been running every single afternoon under various weather conditions. My car is still at the workshop so I had to run from my house all the way to the stadium and back again. I don't care if my legs hurt from all the running and walking, as long as I keep moving every single day. This is one sure way for me to lose the extra pounds and get back in shape.

This is one sure way for me to lose the extra pounds and get back in shape.I need to do this, and nothing can stop me, not even rain, pesky dogs and muscle pain. I've done this before, and I surely can do it again.
